Product Returns

If you wish to return all or part of your order, you can do so for 7 days, starting on the date that you receive your order. Please contact us by completing and submitting the returns form below, so that we can process your return correctly.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Returning an unwanted item

If you are returning an unwanted item that is not faulty, you may post it back to us having submitted the returns form below. It must be in a saleable condition and not have been opened or tampered with in any way.

You must pay for the return postage cost and we will refund you the amount paid for the goods on safe receipt of the items. If using the Royal Mail, please ask for proof of posting and ensure that there is an adequate level of compensation from the postal service that you choose. Please try and use the original packaging to return the items where possible, or substantial alternative packaging where this is not possible.

Returning a faulty item

If any part of your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us by completing and submitting the form below, within two working days of receiving your order. We will then get in touch with you and may ask for further information and photographs where relevant, before advising you on how we intend to resolve the problem. Please do not post faulty items back to us until we have contacted you. We will pay for the cost of returning faulty items to us.
